Film Poster Analysis

The lighting in the film poster is minimal because they only want to put lighting were the important things in the poster for example: Harrison Ford and the Skyscraper. The Colours are very vibrant and are used to set the mood of the movie as well as making the characters and the scenery out of CGI as a result it makes people think that it's a SCI-FI. The Connotation is the drama and the mystery of the area that the film makes the lighting the colour the font it make the public know what type of film it is.

The film poster shows the last scene in the film when the main protagonist watches his brother go away on a boat. The Copy is movie reviews about how good the movie is to convince people to watch it. The Font is very basic this gives the effect of nothing to hide with special effects or anything.They made the title Big because that is the most important thing about the movie.

The film poster of Sin City use Lighting and Colour very well, they used rain as a way to illuminate the movie poster and they only put light on the characters because they should be the only focus and they mad the title of the movie red, this is because it sets the tone of the movie because in the poster all of the characters are carrying weapons so making the title red sets the mood of murder and death.

The film poster is about the Pirates of the Caribbean and they used a colour filter on the film cover  to show age and the sea and pirating. Another feature is the effects they put the poster because it looks like a treasure map.

The film poster of the Million Dollar Baby they used colour very well because they used a black and white filter which complicates the lighting which is only on the main protagonists. Also they use colour on the copy of the actors surname because they are famous actors.

This is a movie called Bride and Prejudice and they used natural light because both pictures are outside .They used to images to show the difference between the two protagonist in this romance as a result the audience know that it's a romance and there's a difference between the two people.
